- 1Scoping Day: we agree who the users are, what they do and what V1 must include.
- 2Scoping document: every screen and rule written down. It runs the build, so decisions are clear and scope stays fixed.
- 3Build: you see working software early and often, not slides.
- 4Launch and after: I can carry on monthly, or hand over to any developer.

- Who owns the code?
- You do. It lives in your own GitHub account, so I can carry on, or you can hand it to any developer.
- I have never built software. Is that a problem?
- No. I guide you through every decision in plain English, and the scoping document makes each choice clear before anything is built.
- Is this a prototype?
- No. It is a real V1 with login, payments and proper access rules, ready for paying customers.
